We advertise your details on this web site, which is, linked to most of the major Internet portals, which are also used by manyof the leading high street estate agents.

What are the costs?
We have five options to choose from, which include a Free Listing, £69.99 and £104.99 please visit List Your Property and see under Choose Your Package. There are no other hidden costs whatsoever. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

How long will you keep my property on your web site?
Until sold. Please keep us informed of developments when you accept an offer or exchange contract. To remove your property details, please let us know in writing. Once removed these cannot be re-added unless a further fee is paid. |

Can I still use my local estate agent?
Yes. But you may have to pay estate agent fees, if you have signed a 'Sole Agency Agreement' under this agreement commission is payable to your estate agent should they introduce a buyer or that buyer introduces a freind or member of family, who then goes onto purchase your property. However if you find a Private Buyer you may not have to pay these fees. If you intend to market your own property and use an estate agent, it is advisable to inform your estate agent to avoid misunderstanding over any commission fees.

Can I amend my details at any time?
Yes. Simply email us any changes you require at no additional cost. Always quote your unique property reference.
